Role Overview:

This profile is responsible for the sales and business development of our industry leading connected fleet analytics solutions to logistics partners and corporates.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate revenue by identification of new pipeline opportunities and sales of incremental value-added services.
  • Develop a robust lead pipeline with realistic follow-up scheduling to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Understand customer requirements in tangible and conceptual terms and map them to our existing solutions.
  • Identify new leads, initiate solution discussions, and ensure successful closures with complete ownership.
  • Build relationships with mid to senior management of large fleet owners.
  • Regularly meet customers and generate leads for new business opportunities.
  • Willing to travel and have a knack for languages, domain, and conversation pitches aligned to logistics solutions.

Experience:

  • Should be able to deal with small and medium size enterprise customers.
  • Should have minimum 3+ years of sales experience in Indian B2B space.
  • 3+ years of experience in consultative sales selling digital solutions.
  • Should have a stable career track record in sales.

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical aptitude and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an MBA from leading B-Schools will be preferred.
